LOST AND FOUND
SIX GLANCES AT A GENERATION

6 short feature films
99 MIN

Last year, goEast presented “Project Generation“, where six young directors from Central and Eastern Europe got together to develop individual concepts for short-films on the topic “generation”. goEast is very happy to present the result of this collaboration: six short-films packaged as feature, with four short-features and a documentary visually and dramatically connected by an animated-story.
Script-development, project-preparation and post-production of LOST AND FOUND were accompanied by five workshops with the German production team – one of them in Wiesbaden. The films were realized by their young directors, who are amongst the most talented in their respective countries, with local producers. The infrastructures and networks developed during this collaboration will also be fruitful for future projects.
LOST AND FOUND was produced by ICON FILM Köln and originated with relations – an initiative project of the German Federal Cultural Foundation – on the basis of an idea by the artistic director, Nikolaj Nikitin.
