LANDSCHAFT / LANDSCAPE
Germany 2003
Director: Sergej Loznica, 60 MIN
It’s winter. In this Russian village, the film observes people
who wait at bus-stops. In a single, 60-minute long panning shot –
with cuts being masqueraded by lanterns and the edges of houses –
the camera glides past the waiting people, scanning their faces. From
incomplete sentences and snippets of conversation about each and everything,
the world of these people emerges.
Bambi: 12.04. / 2 p.m.
